I’m a fully qualified personal trainer and I’ve also worked as a health coach. My Sports and Exercise Science degree has helped me to understand the intricate workings of the body and how everything is interconnected. This combined with my personal experience of finding my inner fire and pushing through boundaries makes me an ideal choice if you're looking to change your approach to diet and exercise.
